Retelling the Gruffalo Part 2 and Award winners
We didn't have enough time to share our Gruffalo retellings last week, so we finished them this week. At our assembly on Friday, we congratulated Shriya for achieving second place in the 8-year-old girls Cross Country Race 2021! Shriya also participated in the Whau Inter-school Cross Country 2021! We are super proud of you Shriya! Congratulations also to Ethan, who received a certificate and prize for his 125 walks using the Walking School Bus. Ka pai Ethan!
Retelling The Gruffalo
This week we have been learning about retelling a story we have read - The Gruffalo. We also made stick puppets and chose how we wanted to share our learning.
