Zoom Meetings - when we get together to talk about our learning, and have the chance to be a class together online.

As we begin to get back into the hang of doing Zoom meetings, we need to review some of the norms and expectations for how they should run.

Just like in class where we have talked about how each of our New Windsor Way values show in our Learner Behaviour rubric, we should also be thinking how "Prepared for Learning", "Mat Space", "Group Work" and "Outside the Classroom"can also be used in our Distance Learning.  A key place is how our Zoom meetings run when we are all on our computers at home.

Please watch this video link, and create a list of things you believe need to be refined or improved on by the people attending this Zoom Meeting. Do we need to share some of these to make our Zoom Meetings better too for everyone attending?

  1. This was a really helpful blog post and made me think of how well I prepare for my meetings before I begin. I am going to make a big effort if the Lockdown goes longer to think of these suggestions.
